About Us
Therapy grounded in connection, care, and integrity
Heal Through Connection Psychotherapy is an integrative psychotherapy and healing clinic rooted in a simple belief: meaningful change happens in relationship - not only with a therapist, but within your relationship to yourself.
We view therapy as a collaborative process where you’re allowed to show up as you are, curiosity is welcomed, and your experiences are met with genuine care and respect. Rather than trying to “fix” you, our role is to help you understand yourself more deeply - because lasting change comes from awareness, safety, and the reconnection to parts of you that already hold the capacity to heal.
At the heart of our work is self-connection. When you begin to understand your patterns, your nervous system, and your inner world, change stops being forced and starts becoming natural. Every approach we use - whether practical, relational, or subconscious-focused - is guided by this intention.
Heal Through Connection was created with a clear vision: therapy should be both high-quality and genuinely accessible. We are committed to strong clinical and ethical care while actively reducing financial and systemic barriers so more people can receive support earlier, not only in crisis. Accessibility and depth of care are not opposing values here - they are inseparable.

Our Team
Heal Through Connection Psychotherapy offers care provided by graduate-level student clinicians who are completing their clinical training under close supervision by experienced Registered Psychotherapists.
Our clinicians bring varied professional paths and life experiences into the room, helping us meet clients with presence, openness, and a genuine effort to understand their world rather than assume it. Each clinician is supported through ongoing supervision and consultation to ensure care remains ethical, reflective, collaborative, and client-centred. Our team is committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and LGBTQIA+-affirming practice.
We currently offer therapy virtually across Ontario and in person in downtown Toronto.

In addition to psychotherapy, Heal Through Connection offers hypnosis sessions with Tabitha, a Certified Hypnotist, Certified Meditation Facilitator and Founder of Heal Through Connection.

Hypnosis is offered as an integrative service that may support clients with stress regulation, confidence, motivation, mindset shifts, and subconscious patterning. Sessions are approached ethically and collaboratively, with respect for each client’s autonomy, readiness, and goals.
