Do you feel unsteady between who you were and who you’re becoming? Maybe you’re constantly adjusting, overthinking, or trying to keep it all together, yet still feel drained, disconnected, or unsure of yourself. You may feel like you’re “going through the motions,” unheard, or invisible. Small things—your voice, energy, or routines—can feel unfamiliar, tipping you off balance. Life can feel exhausting when you’re always “on.” You want calm, confidence, and to feel at home in your own skin.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA Counselling Psychology student, I help individuals navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, or neurodivergence. Using ACT, mindfulness, and self-compassion–based approaches, I guide you to ease overwhelm, build self-acceptance, and take practical steps toward clarity and steadiness.
In therapy with me, you’ll find a safe, supportive space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. You’ll begin to feel calmer, more grounded, and confident in your own rhythm. Change starts with one small step—book a complimentary 30-minute consultation, and let’s take it together.

You might find yourself asking, “Who am I now?” or “Where do I go from here?” Whether it’s a new job, a move, the end of a relationship, or shifting family roles, these moments can feel disorienting. In therapy, we’ll make space for both the fear and the possibility that comes with change and gently explore what’s unfolding beneath the surface. My work is especially attuned to first-generation and bicultural experiences, where transitions often carry added layers of cultural expectation, family responsibility, and identity negotiation.
I support individuals who feel caught between worlds navigating who they’re becoming, while holding onto where they’ve come from. You don’t have to sort it all out alone. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under supervision, I offer a space that is collaborative, affirming, and culturally responsive.
Growing up in an immigrant household, I saw how emotional struggles were often met with silence, creating disconnect. That experience drives me to offer a space that embraces your full story, without needing to simplify it. All parts of you are welcome here. Wondering what support might look like? Let’s connect, book a free 30-minute consultation.

If you’re feeling stuck, burnt out, anxious, or unsure how to care for yourself while always showing up for others, I get it. My own path through life’s twists and turns has shown me how heavy unspoken struggles can be. Having navigated my own challenges with ADHD later in life, and balancing the expectations of family and culture growing up Canadian-born Palestinian, I understand how complicated life can feel. Supporting those with complex emotional and behavioural needs for over a decade has taught me the power of listening without judgment and holding space for real struggles. These experiences shape how I show up as a therapist
As a Pre-Licensed Professional and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I work with ADHD, anxiety, caregivers, and helping professionals using an integrative, holistic approach. By blending CBT, SFBT, person-centred, and somatic techniques, I tailor sessions to meet your needs and help you learn practical, meaningful strategies.

If something in you is asking for change, clarity, or simply space to breathe, let’s talk. I offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation to give you a sense of how I work. You deserve support that feels safe, grounded, and genuinely yours. Together, we’ll explore what healing and growth might look like for you, at your own pace, in your own way.

Being human can be a lot. Life doesn’t always go how we hoped, and sometimes it leaves us stuck, uncertain, or overwhelmed. You don’t have to do it alone. I support individuals navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and all stages of parenting, including pre- and postpartum. You don’t need to change who you are to create change. With warmth and curiosity, I help you uncover what’s getting in the way so you can move forward with more ease, connection, and confidence.

As an RP (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I take a culturally and socially conscious approach rooted in the idea that self-understanding brings peace and vitality. Drawing from ACT, somatic and existential work, we’ll build awareness, restore hope and shift patterns from a mind-body-soul lens.

This is an invitation to discover what might be missing … even the things you didn’t know you were searching for. You know something has to change. Maybe you can name it but don’t know how to get there, maybe you feel lost and don't know where to start. The skills that help us succeed in school/work don’t translate to emotional/mental wellbeing. We were taught to adapt and achieve, not to understand ourselves or work with our emotions and nervous system. I work with people who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, disconnected from themselves and their relationships, often high-functioning on the outside but quietly struggling within. These feelings may be longstanding, while other times they emerge during transitions and challenging life situations.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) MA in Counselling Psychology student under supervision, I take a collaborative approach, weaving nervous system science, acceptance, mindfulness, trauma informed yoga and somatic evidence-based practices. Supporting you in creating more space for wellbeing and ease, while gently releasing patterns of suffering.
In our work together, you’ll find a compassionate space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your body, emotions, and thoughts. From this sense of inner safety, knowledge, and acceptance, space opens for healing, inner freedom, choice, and connection; This becomes the foundation for meeting life with greater resilience and strength.

You may feel like you carry so much inside - grief, anxiety, longings, self-doubt, and emotions that are hard to feel or share. You desire connection and peace; with others, yourself, and the world around you, but something feels in the way. You yearn for a life that feels vibrant and true. I offer a space to gently work towards your healing and sense of inner belonging. My path into therapy is shaped by profound personal experiences of struggle and healing, and by years spent in theatre, art/play facilitation, and childcare—experiences that instilled in me a deep love for the human condition and the unique spirit of each person.

As a Pre-Licensed Professional and Expressive Arts Therapy student under clinical supervision, I weave multidisciplinary expressive arts, somatic, psychodynamic, and relational approaches, and bring attunement to existential, transpersonal, and intergenerational themes. Our work is led by your pace and grounded in creativity, curiosity, and care.
